When I arrived in Boise, I went to my home, and I put my baggage and that was 11:30. I told my brother I am hungry and then he said here is not your mom. You cook for yourself. After I said O.K. ):
On August 15, I put my feet in Boise airport. The weather was very hot. I was witing for my best friend Aziz. I put my pbag in a car. The first thing I did is open a Wells Fargo account. After that we went to Aziz home. Next day I search for good house for me. After two days I found apartment. On Aug 21, this big big day for me, I meet Jariy, Sony, Yoke and David they are nice people. The first impressions very scary but when I meet jariy and chaolimar I felt comfortable. First day I can not eat and sleep very well. Finally Boise is a beautifull city and the people very kind they smiling ale times. The weather ris cold but cool I like it.
I will introduce many kinds of foods when I went to restaurant in Boise or when I bought delicious things. I will take a pictures and put picture son our blog.
Today, I have lots of homework to do. I'm so tired. I really want to sleep. But I can't. If I did homework in advance, I can sleep now... I think that I'm going to sleep at 2:00 AM.
There is a big and active Basque Comunity in Boise. The majority of the Basques living in Boise came from the province of Bizkaia, one of the seven provinces of Basque Country. The first Basque came to Boise area in the late 1800's. Grove street, between Capitol Boulevard and 6th St, is called the "Basque Block".
Recently, the weather is very good in Boise. But it is colder and colder in the morning. I tried to get up early, but I can't. I'm afraid of morning in winter.
Yesterday we had dinner at the Basque Center. It was a very especial dinner called "Mortzilla Dinner". Mortzillas are the traditional black sausages produced in the Basque Country. Mortzillas are made with pork's blood, leaks and onions.I know that it sounds terrible, but they taste great!
